I had a good experience. Dr Coan spent a lot of time with me. Office people were kind and efficient. His assistant was also very good. I have a little trouble at times with the portal. I ask questions and it sometimes take awhile to get an answer. But it might be me. Not too iPhone savy.

Dr is Very friendly & communicates very well with you ( the patient).
I was able to get on a new medication which is greatly appreciated.

I never feel rushed during my appointments with Dr Valley. He takes time & asks questions to make sure he understands my symptoms. Highly recommend him!

I was diagnosed with RA about 10 years ago. It's been a long and hard journey. Dr. Wright took over as my rheumatologist after my first doctor retired; about 7 years ago. He always listens to what I have to say, and then gives me his professional opinion. I've come to trust and value his recommendations for medications and strategy. I'm not in remission yet, but I have come so far, I now lead a mostly normal life. So far, he has been correct about everything.
When my little sister started having severe symptoms, I told her to get on Dr. Wright's schedule. That's how much I respect his medical opinion. His team is top notch too. I have nothing but good things to say about his whole office.

Dr. Mueller always listens well to understand what is going on with my RA. During this visit, he confirmed that inflammation was likely slowing my recovery from knee surgery, and suggested a plan to calm it down.
He answers my questions about the latest research findings that might be helpful. My experience with Dr. Mueller has always been positive and encouraging!

I remain impressed by the highest level of professionalism and attention to my medical issue which has been a significant challenge this year. From the front office staff to the medical assistant and Dr Coan, I felt valued as a patient. The examination and testing process was thorough and at the conclusion of my evaluaion Dr Coan dedicated additional time and attention reviewing his findings.
