Howard M. Kenney, M.D.
Dr. Howard M. Kenney is an Arthritis Northwest founding partner who has held numerous leadership positions with Inland Northwest medical and arthritis related organizations.
Sean P. LaSalle, M.D.
Dr. Sean P. LaSalle joined Arthritis Northwest in 2007, returning to Spokane after completing his education and training.
Eric C. Mueller , M.D.
Dr. Eric C. Mueller joined Arthritis Northwest in 2008, returning to Spokane after completing his education and training.
Michael C. Coan, DO
Dr. Michael Casey Coan joined ANW in 2019 after living and practicing Rheumatology in the Spokane, WA and Coeur D Alene, ID since 2012.
Practitioners
Patients and patient care come first at Arthritis Northwest. Our highly skilled practitioners improve patient access by handling routine follow-up and daily drop-in appointments. Arthritis Northwest doctor’s schedules are booked weeks in advance. Practitioners give patients the flexibility to see an Arthritis Northwest healthcare provider with limited notice. Arthritis Northwest physicians are available to consult with practitioners as necessary. Your physician will review chart notes summarizing the visit to remain current about your health and treatment.
Dale Raschko, PA-C
Dale Raschko is a certified physician assistant. He has been with Arthritis Northwest since 2009, and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington in Clinical Health Services.
Penny Sather, ARNP
Penny Sather is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. She joined Arthritis Northwest in 2019. Penny earned her nursing degree at the Spokane Community College.

Dr. Gary L. Craig joined Arthritis Northwest in 2005 following 24 years of private and university practice in Spokane and Toronto.
Jeffery B. Butler, M.D. Retired
Dr. Jeff Butler joined Arthritis Northwest as a staff rheumatologist in 2001 after holding a similar position in the Spokane area for 10 years.
