I was very happy with my visit--however--Dr. Butler said he was making a referral to Inland Im aging for a bone scan----I emphasized to make it in Coeur d Alene---and I received a call from their Spokane office after two weeks---I called and requested the ref feral be made to Inland Imagings Coeur d' Alene office and so far this has not happened-.Please make this referral to the right office!! Thank you

waited in exam room 1 hour..had to pay $4 parking.. Haven't had to wait that long before. So, I felt like some of my extra time for the day was taken and i had to rush around afterwards.

I always appreciate Dr Mueller. My one criticism is that I am never informed of the results of blood work that was ordered during my visit. The only time I have ever received the results was when I sent a message to his team. Because we don't always know specifically what Dr Mueller ordered we are not even prepared to ask the "right" questions. It should not be incumbent on the patient to see what the results of the blood work were. As with most other providers a simple "test results" page on the website would suffice but better yet, a message from Dr Mueller (or his MA) advising you of the results would be more than appreciated.

I thought Dr. Coan and his staff were great! I thought they really cared and took the time to express that across him and his staff. There was a moment when I needed tissue talking about my situation and he was right there with tissue before I could even ask. I felt like he really gave me the time and attention to hear MY STORY.

Very thorough I loved how he took the time to explain my fibromyalgia symptoms very helpful
